  1. Many veterans serve our country to earn education benefits. First give every veteran or surviving dependent $10,000. Then give $10,000 to every person who worked hard and made sacrifices to pay their student loans. Then the government can eliminate $10,000 from every remaining student loan account. Reward effort, sacrifice, and good judgment first. The United States military has programs to pay student loan debt for anyone who really wants to deal with it.
