  2. Starmer does not know who the boss's are. Where they are. How the money is trafficked. MI5 MI6, Special Branch or HMRC cannot find them because they are here in the Migrant hotels across UK, Ireland and Eastern Europe. And they never will. The Commons and the Lords would immediately come under scrutiny over their Cayman accounts. Not to mention a lot of cops and civil servants. The gangs are PROTECTED. How else can you explain this going uncontrolled for decades?
