  1. Brits rarely riot. When they do its invariably unplanned. Our police are kitted out in urban combat fatigues disguised as a uniform. They have stab vests, impact resistant sleeves ans legs. Joint protection. Head protection. Steel batons. Brits hit the bricks in shirt sleeve order and jeans. That's why they rarely last long. Hours rather than days. Its also why the police provoke the violence. Theres little chance of them getting hurt. When they are not tooled up for snatch and grab they run away like in Leeds. Before Brit demonstrators resort to serious violence there has to be serious provocation or like BLM the police will facilitate. We are a long way from thall of this.
