They illegally lease out the PC's we pay for to banks, NGO's, debt collection agencies. Security Companies The BBC licence goons, commercial enterprises and city councils to enforce evictions, repossessions. trespass disputes and other activities and organisations that are none of their or our business. They even provide the tools with which they gain entry to peoples homes without a warrant and on many occasions with fraudulent paperwork. Ladders. Jemmies etc. Our Police services need restructuring. The training academies need supervision. to give the good one a fighting chance.
