In the history of treaties there has never been a treaty that does not include the facility for a signatory to renege his agreement if the treaty becomes detrimental to that nations security and quality of life. The Vienna Treaty on Treaties covers this in clause 60 to 64.

These results are unexpected because they challenge conventional wisdom about treaties, which are widely considered as the apex mechanism for countries to make commitments to each other. There is nothing left of the plan for government this mob of charlatans foisted on us the moment they got into Downing St. Maybe the winter fuel theft but that is surely under review. Its like the election result was yesterday. They're starting from scratch. Here's a prediction. They will backtrack on 95% of the half witted proposals they pulled out of their arses immediatly on gaining office. The new mess will be no more popular than this current . A cabinet reshuffle. then more of the same until another GE is called.
