  1. What passes for police in UK today do mot like exposing themselves to potential violence. They dont like street patrol even in an electric vehicle. Look at police car parks invariably choc a bloc with patrol cars while the police sit on their asses staring at a computer monitor. I suppose at best it can be said they don't like police work. But its job security and not strenuous.
