  2.  @rashius  No, it depends, if the Ambassadors wife has Belgian citizenship then the Belgian government can waive Diplomatic Immunity and South Korean authorities can arrest her. It's also possible that if she is PRC/ROC citizen Diplomatic Immunity might not even apply to her.
