Access to everything including the best food in the world, corner stores and gas stations everywhere (convenience), rich cultures (everyone knows everyone but you can still meet new people everyday including beautiful women), definitely more job opportunities and schooling than other places as mentioned above, of course food again which I have seen firsthand is NOT the same everywhere. However, I do share your gripes about the rent although my issue with it is a broader subject - gentrification. Also the diversity actually makes people worry less about selective racism - if anything everyone has an equal advantage here. Just my two cents (born and raised here).

He probably wanted to shoot during the argument but knew he would have the advantage when they came out of the store off guard and thinking it was nothing to worry about. Most likely the shooter is a bxtch anyway.

The companies get to report each item missing from inventory from the insurance company which redeems their value anyway, however there is a limit and both employees and customers lives are put at jeopardy. The inaction also encourages more theft so it's not viable in the long run, which is why most of these stores are closing down.

Journalists have been attacked and detained = full on war crime, attack of the press. They specifically target women and children to reduce the strength and population of the next generation, while also conditioning them to live in terror. It must be stopped, enough is enough. Zionists will use the "chosen people of God" excuse and an incident from decades ago that has nothing to do with anything - as a VICTIM CARD to justify their genocidal activities. That may be true in the short term, but the expenditure that results from all of this will decrease overall spending power of the middle and lower class which will only drive the economy further down and most of those business will ultimately have much less business. Of course, rich people won't really care as much and probably still go to all those places anyway - and still proceed to complain about tax increases. Minimum wage is not likely to increase again anytime soon either.

Most of those communities you mentioned don't really have a gang presence here. Blacks, Albanians, Hispanics (usually Dominican or Mex), and mostly mixed gangs with the others blended in.
