@finnjacobsen684 just bypass fda? micro dosing on lsd or shrooms is pretty common but unsure if available to you. mdma is nice too if not used too often.

@user255 hmm yeah, it’s not a one size fits all. lots of variables of why it ends up working or not. cbt therapy, change of lifestyle, some sort of physical movement is always worth a try too.

@user255 maybe all the drug trials bc of new money opportunities. which is something to feel incredulous about for sure. the antidepressants aren’t really that great tho so. not really evident that serotonin is much related to depression. either t type of med fashion may require some placebo confirmation bias. which is the challenge bc if that’s not there then results i’d assume follow suit.

⁠ @sarahrose1454 a friend to do it w outside make it fun. clinical mushrooming in a room seems weird. it’ll take you places unexpectedly; you have to roll w it. it’s not always wonderful. anyhow micro dosing is very subtle, ppl don’t use a guide for that. you’ll want a schedule tho. three days on, four off type a thing.
