  2.  @BigIndianBindi-jy1cz therapy lasts though. focus on changing one behavior at a time. chemical free! if you screw up a lot it’s still better. we are animals, not machines.

  3.  @er6730 is any of this scientifically proven? lol. there’s no way psychology and psychiatry is actually modeled off of absolute conclusive science. behavior involves too many variables. and yes medication can severely injure ppls health. i’ve seen it happen to lots of ppl. it’s chemicals. we are animals. and yes i read scientific papers. some studies are very well done but performed only on say 16 ppl. there’s science. but not good science automatically.

  4. i think it should be used pretty sparingly. weird chemicals everyday seems fucked up sorry. there’s ways to alter behavior w/o meds it’s just harder. so one of the side effects is enablement bc it does the thing for you that seems challenging.
