  1.  @areuarealman7269 absolutely tragic. i feel you. psychiatry can really take a person down. all these systems fail us. we look for help and understanding from labels/ pills/ doctors but it’s a ton of garbage. making real life connections w others and being a part of ecology away from indoors and city sounds is sometimes the best things we got.

  2. ah cool. i always felt that meds were a sham. it’s a no brainer tbh. i know what i’ve seen. they really are toxic for long time usage. doctors don’t care. big pharm loves it. a link to the paper and more papers being referred to on TY would be most excellent.
