  2. France is a secular country where blasphemy is legal. French people are allowed to criticize or make fun of a religion. They even make cartoons of jesus! Freedom of speech and freedom of expression is of utmost importance in western world and there's no point curtailing it! There was also nothing wrong in making the cartoons!
