  12. That's a huge negative. My house in Kansas has gone up 10k every year for the past 7 years. My realtor calls me once every 2 weeks asking if I want to sell. I'd make 90k if i sold because I pay extra.

  15. Man this video is great but for someone who understands economics this blows my mind ask the issues crypto is going to cause. Eventually it will have to be regulated because multiple crypto creates so much variability of supply. If everything went to crypto and not govt regulated than who determines the value of what. Different crypto has a different price so obviously one would be more valuable than the other in the same country... not a good thing. So much more.
