  1.  @anadrolfifty7754  there are many that believe Putin is the richest INDIVIDUAL. And im not talking about these stupid people that think if they get a flat tire its Russia's fault. Forbes and business insider have done articles about it. When he basically took over Russia he took over the banks somehow and stashed billions in offshore accounts etc.

  2. There are quite a few articles about how putin could possible be the richest in the world. Saudi princes have their wealth split amongst family.
