  1. My second deployment we had a 2 star SEAL admiral on board. He was like 55 and he had an open pt session in the hangar bay. He beat our ass and did everything like it was a warm up.

  4. I understand where he is coming from with some of this. I tried to be a SEAL but when I was just a DC I was the ACFL for my division and I ran our pt. Was pulled after 2 sessions because I was too hard on the division because I was making them do stuff you do in BUDs. Some people just have higher standards.

  6.  @dakotareid1566  if he didn't deploy it wasn't his choice. SEAL training costs the Gov't 1.5 million per person start to finish. They aren't spending that time and money for you to not go.
