  5. Advice for any future SEAL wannabes on humility. If you think you're training hard enough for BUD/s you aren't. I showed up for prep my first day thinking I was a bad ass...I got humbled up real quick! If you aren't an avid runner and have run in sand before you'll get a reality check real quick. Running at least 80 miles a week and swimming 25 miles a week on average.

  6. Partnering with them... things the media won't tell you: I was TAD to the SEAL/SWCC fleet transition program with team 4 in 2010. One SO1 told us the story of when he was in Afghanistan the Afghan soliders were high on opium then all of a sudden flipped out and drew guns on the SEALs. He said it was over an hour of guns drawn pointed at one another till shit calmed down. Won't see that on the news.

  7. This war all started from 9/11 in which now more troops have been killed than people lost. 18 years.... WW1 and 2 combined didn't last this long.
