  1.  @graham7176  I admire your faith. It seems to me you hold your beliefs with much conviction however I have a few points to make regarding your assertions 1 You say the Monarch is the Head of equals amongst the people. That doesn't make sense. If everybody is equal then why is the Monarch above everybody else? 2 You say the Monarch represents the people as required by british law. How so? What is your proof to support your view? No proof means your statement is just a passing remark and nothing more 3 quote - The Monarch is also required to uphold the laws and customs of the people of the United Kingdom of Britain and Northern Ireland, as solemnly promised in his Coronation Oath. No you have it wrong - the Monarch swears to govern the people according to law 4 quote - Government, MP's and Local Authority Councillors into office, who are put into office to represent and serve the people, Incorrect. The Monarch governs the people of GB NI etc via Parliament and consequently via the government, local councils etc. Governance in UK is a top down process. The people are irrelevant in matters of governance because the Monarch does as s/he sees fit. 5 quote - the people also pay through their taxes, for their service and representation, In my opinion governing the people costs money so the people pay the cost of governing the people that is forked out by the Monarch! 6 quote - Therefore Government, Parliament and Local Authorities serve the people through the Monarch as Head of Equals. Wtf are you on about? That's just a riddle! 7 what on earth do you mean by "the British Common Law Constitution" Great Britain doesn't have a constitution and what's with the common law? Common law is not even what i'd expect it to be - law that is common to all men! Lots of people have funny ideas about the society they live!
