  1. I really can't see what the problem is, it doesn't matter if the person is male and prefers to be called a she, as long as she provides a good service that's all that should matter!! They could be dressed in pyjamas for all I care, as long as they do their job upholding the values of the company, there's not a problem!!!

  2. Quotte - Again, demanding a person to state their pronouns is a form of FASCISM and bullying. That's just your perception, probably wouldn't hold up in court. By promoting pronouns, all the Halifax are doing is ensuring other people can be treated with respect and get called what they want to be called. It's not my fault there's lots of intolerant people living in the UK who would call a person 'he' when that person doesn't want to be referred to as a he.
