  1. An International Court and the UNGA decided the UK has no legal claim to the Islands. What bit don't you understand about that? Perhaps if the British hadn't have forcibly removed the Chagossians from the Islands during the 1960's, Britain may have been looked upon more favourably by the courts and the International community.

  2.  @AndiWard  let's rewind a bit. When the French occupied the Islands they brought over slaves to work the land. These people REMAINED on the Islands after the French left which means they are the people who have claim to the Islands as they have been living on the Islands the longest 👍
