@johnmcallister8446 Yes these people are brainless because they can't think for themselves!!! For example if the people of Scotland voted out of the Union the UK would have an obligation to financially support Scotland to aid transition, similar to any marriage that ends in divorce - both parties most commonly walk away with something. But you can't discuss practical issues with these people because they think what they say goes!!

@El.Cid17 the UK hasn't implemented the Northern Ireland protocol that it agreed it would do. So the EU isn't offering the UK any participation in their horizon science project, leaving UK universities short of funding. BTW, the UK -EU relationship has only been in existence for 40 years which is completely different to the Scottish - British relationship which has been in existence for over 300 years. If Scotland leaves the union and I hope it does, the remaining part of UK will have to provide support during it's transition to an independent state. It's no different to Britain offering financial assistance to former colonies of the empire.

@El.Cid17 I would move to Germany where they currently enjoy a 9Euro fare to travel anywhere on Deutshce bahn. In the UK people are bent over backwards and shafted - there is no benefit of being in a Union with England when one can be in a better Union with your European neighbours!! I can't freely go to Germany because some numpties took us out of the EU!!!

@pennywise146 Well there won't be much of a Union left for the O&S to be part of as things are going! Throughout my entire life living in England the last few years have been the first ever time I've actually realised how crap UK society is. Not once have I been asked how I feel about the country I live in! It shows the people who govern the country do not give a fcuk about the people!!

@El.Cid17 Btw the UK-EU relationship did not involve sovereignty, whereas the Scotland-England Union did involve sovereignty. You cannot sensibly compare EU-UK relations to Scotland and England!

Some people can't find any benefits of Brexit so I can't see the problem in the adviser not finding any case for scottish independence. I can think of lots of benefits in Scottish independence and I don't even live in Scotland!!
