  1. He's placed a mobile home on land that isn't his. He might have bought the right to use the land but his purpose of usage has not been given consent from the local authority. People wrongly think if they buy something, especially land, it is theirs and they can do whatever they want on it. It's incorrect, the Irish State owns all the land and people need permission prior to any development. Sean Meehan should have obtained planning permission prior to placing a mobile home on the land.
