  3. Imo it will affect everyone, the purpose is to manage energy usage so consumers are less likely to waste energy. For example all homeowners may have to install occupancy controls so lights are never 'left on'. Do you have a problem with that?  @nicholasspeke3808

  9. I'm disinterested in what China does. Much of what it does is sanctioned by the West including US and UK because western companies can make more profit on cheaply made goods from China.  @petecoo1978
