Lammy is absolutely right, as a backbencher and in opposition he can say whatever he likes. Whereas now he's on the frontbench of Govt holding a responsible position he has to accept Trump for the 47th President of the US and he has to respect him. I really can't understand what the beef is about Lammy other than people dislike his skin colour.
