They wouldn't be forcing people to die, they would always have to obtain the patient's written consent or their next of kin's consent, so how can it be evil?

Imo they'll never bring in assisted dying in the UK because it would put too many people out of work; MacMillan nurses, carer's, healthcare professionals. Saying that though, it would free up lots of beds in hospitals, reduce waiting times and they might even give Harold Shipman a posthumous pardon!!

@chadimirputin2282 sorry that's just your perception on the situation. If anything they'd offer it to terminally ill people which I can fully understand. I think you've watched and read too much 1984.

@turokforever007 I don't live in Canada and not exposed to what you're saying but there's always two sides to every story. If you want to see it on the negative side, by all means do so 👍

@Jen-lg4hp Errr that's because in many cases they are end of life anyway or there's very little doctors can do. The medical profession isn't filled with magic that can make a 90 year old be 18 again 🤣🤣🤣

@invisible123-l9d In today's world all the next of kin think about is their inheritance and they wouldn't want property to be sold to pay for care costs and care home fees. Unsure about the abuse because I haven't left a comment to you before this one 🤣
