  1. Imo it's all about the survival of Western hegemony with the Israelis at the top. Other countries have had enough of bullying and interference by the West and other post colonial powers. As the BRICS nations start to offer a fairer system of finance/insurance, trade and collective supportive ties to its members this challenges the very dominance of the West. It is my view Netanyahu is only doing what he's doing because now is the only opportunity he will ever have of creating his Greater Israel, while the West still has the dominance. If the dominance shifts eastwards, which in my view it will, Netanyahu and Israel have lost.
