  1. KS will never abolish the HoL for the simple reason most democratic countries have a 2 tier system - a lower and upper house (The UK has a 3 tier system - the HoL, HoC and the Monarchy). Starmer merely wants to abolish hereditary peers to the chamber and make them all elected! But no real change I'm afraid!!
