  3.  @ProfessorTimWilson  The Kremlin represents Russia, it's part of the Russian culture and people, just like the Crown is to Britain. There's many Brits who'd take a Russian stance when dealing with children; being strict and applying discipline. There's many Brits who'd bring back capital punishment if they had their way.
