  1. The 1994 agreement does not supercede the Ukrainian constitution drawn up in 1991 which stated Ukraine remains neutral. Because Professor Anti-Russia Tim is biased he won't accept the Russian side at all, especially recognising Ukrainian war crimes, the killing and persecution of Russian speakers in Ukraine, the burning of living Russian speakers in Odessa, the elimination of the Russian Orthodox Church in Ukraine. The Oreshnik missile struck an industrial site, not residential. Why don't you interview Lavrov, perhaps you might change your mind....................oh on second thoughts hahaha!
