  1. It's clear Ruth Perry may not have been a very good Headteacher. Trouble with schools is the Head Teacher is often recruited by the School Governors and not by Education specialists 👍

  2. Where was the support from the School Governors? If the school was rated highly by Ofsted in previous inspections something seriously has happened to the school for it to decline. Imo the School Governors should be taking responsibility because they were the ones who recruited her  @bunnylamb
