  1. I'm really not bothered who delivers NHS services because I know the Dept of Health and Social Care will always have the over riding responsibility. It's no different to the American based Bristow Group Inc running HM Coastguard rescue services in the Shetland Isles. People are still being rescued and the HM Coastguard have the overall responsibility. When are people going to realise the UK is a capitalist country, where money comes before people, what else does anyone expect?
