  1. Charles would have to agree to abolishing or changing the House of Lords!!! Phil, can you do a video on the Monarch and his relationship with HIS constitutional parliament. Many people incorrectly think the Government has the power over the Monacrh but the Lords and MP's swear an oath of allegiance to the King not to the people!!

  2. Why? the lords only oversee and scrutinise bills passed through Parliament so it doesn't matter whether they are elected or unelected!!
