@G_C340 Every service in the Uk whether health, police, highways, Government, local authorities all have to gain Royal Assent in order for them to be established. For example every local authority in the UK must provide services such as indoor markets, libraries and leisure centres as per wishes of the Monarch by virtue of Royal Charters. Same applies to main Government with regard to police force, prisons, military, judiciary and the health system etc.
The BBC is a prime example of a national service incorporated as a company by George V in 1927.
The Charter lays out how the BBC is to be funded, the management structure etc etc.
The NHS is exactly the same. The idea put forward by MP's/Lords to the Monarch and the Monarch agrees. That's how Parliament works.
Guess you don't know much about the role of the Royal Family and the reigning Monarch?
So it's irrespective how one votes or whether one votes, one will always receive the same services.
