  1. The behaviour won't end because MP's all work in Parliament which is an institution; a palace, not a place of work. MP's are 'members' not employees so they can have a drink at one of the number of commons bars, get tipsy and return to the chamber to vote on a particular bill or something. Nearly all employees in the UK cannot drink alcohol at work. So MP's can literally say and do anything. It's only when they're found out are they hung out to dry!!!
