The Tories are reactive, they'll only act when they need to. Thought you'd have known that Phil!! Remember also the Government wants everyone to ditch gas in favour of electric to reduce CO2 levels. I don't have my heating on during the winter because I think it's a waste of resources and money. Extra layers is the answer and it's only for about four weeks at the longest really.

@diedampfbrasse98 They'll increase the amount of the Warm Home Discount Scheme and expand it so more people qualify for it. They don't need to do it now, they can change in October. It's August bank holiday weekend, the sun's out, the sky is blue and it's warm outside. Just enjoy it!!! The Tories don't need to do anything really at this moment in time.

@diedampfbrasse98 Tbh I couldn't care if the UK committed economic and political suicide. I couldn't care if cars were torched, let's hope they're owned by people with money!! The majority of people living in the UK are miserable and unhappy and the sooner the Union breaks up the better for everyone!!!

@johnrussell3961 There's plenty of people in the UK with money. People get too much money if you ask me. They waste resources so it's about time people thought about what they waste and cut back on it!!

@johnrussell3961 you're living in a capitalist country, so those who can afford stuff can continue to enjoy it! The only people who truly benefit in the UK and who can enjoy everything the UK has to offer are those who have money! I just think it's wasteful heating an entire home or even having the heating on especially when one can add layers of clothing!!!! But if people want to waste their money, it's down to them! It's not illegal to waste money!!
