@Petal4822 ok Elaine, oh wise woman of the Internet. Where's your evidence to support that statment? As far as I am concerned no national poll has been taken recently to support what you're typing!!! In other words you're typing BS!!!

Labour only support Brexit because they have to be seen to uphold a supposed democratic vote where the slight majority of the population voted to leave. The leader is a Sir, pro-establishment and they are Her Majesty's Most Loyal Opposition so they have to uphold decisions the 'business' makes whether good or bad. It'd be interesting to see the reactions if Scotland voted to leave the Union because it's a decision Westminster should respect.

@stu281 Capitalism does not offer equal opportunity for success. You will ALWAYS have those who have more and those who have less. For every wealthy person there are probably 15/20 poor people under them - that's how your beloved capitalism works, making money from poor people. How on earth can you state the EU was anti democratic when in this country we have FPTP voting system where your vote may be a waste of time? You could be a Labour supporter in a strong Tory held seat - wasted vote at election time. Same if you were a Tory voter in a Labour stonghold, another wasted vote. Of the 43 countries most often considered to be within Europe, 40 use some form of proportional representation to elect their MPs. The UK stands almost alone in Europe in using a ‘one-person-takes-all’ disproportionate voting system. In other words, the UK hasn't moved on and developed their democracy, it's unfit for purpose and stuck in the past!!

@stu281 oh you forgot to mention with the knighthood and money you've got to pretend! Wow! All of that just to pretend to be happy, pretend to nice all of the time even though the reality is nobody gives a fk about you. Tell me have you got your knighthood and lots of money yet? Pity if yoou haven't because with or without those, you'll still wake up one day realising nobody cares about you!

@stu281 my point is you're living in a country filled with messed up people who think money is greater in value than the very people who reside in it! That's crazy but then that's capitalism for you - placing greater value on money than people! It's kinda sad to read comments on this thread from peope who praise the money, the hierarchy, bemoan the government and political parties etc and yet none will openly admit they lead a shyte life having lived in a country that's filled with mad people who only think of themselves and money!! 130 comments on a YT video is all you guys can do! Wow I'm totally unsurprised at your efforts and no wonder why the country is what it is! It's clear the people deserve what they get in the form of governance in this country! Not only is it funny it clearly shows the levels of madness in people! Btw stu - i guess you don't have a knighthood or lots of cash either!! Pity and I thought we lived in a capitalist country! I guess I was wrong!

@stu281 One does not own oneself in England, one is a subject of the Crown and subservient to the Crown and its laws. Like I stated, for every 1 wealthy person there are approx 15/20 poor people under them because wealthy people make money from poor people. Why is there a housing shortage in UK? Because of the few people who can afford to buy; they are buying up properties and then renting them out to poor people. Your capitalism does not create winners for all - it lets millions of people down.

@stu281 Quote - To blame capitalism on social issues is misguided. Not really because capitalism encourages people to put money before people. That's what capitalism is; it changes people's perceptions to view other people with pound signs on their foreheads!! As far as I'm concerned only a minority benefit from capitalism, whereas everyone should benefit. So where's all your riches and your knighthood?? You've got jack because the country you live in won't allow you to have them!!!

@braidybecket8946 if somebody told me the 2016 referendum was rigged I could quite accept that to be true!

@willshaman2128 quote - his knighthood and current position are a direct result of his hard work and diligence. errr no! that tells me how much Starmer has sucked up to the BS!
1
@willshaman2128 err no! I'm just being realistic - the system in UK and elsewhere is absolute bollocks! It's all a gravy train where these so-called MP's get high wages to work on behalf of HM Government! That's why nothing changes in the politicall system irrespective which government is in power. Fun fact - the opposition party has mainly been the Labour Party. The Opposition's full recognised title is Her Majesty's most Loyal Opposition. Now from this it would seem the party in government could be referred to as Her Majesty's Most Loyal Supporter woulld it not? It doesn't matter who you vote for as nothing will change and that's because the underlying system doesn't change! So Mr Starmer is just licking ass to support a system that's essentially unfair!

@willshaman2128 btw it's not YOUR country - it's Crown Estate property!
1
@shaunjp2211 so you'd vote to replace the incompetent criminals with other people who work for the same firm? Sounds a good plan (not)
1
@Dash8Q400Channel you're in a different position than I am because you have something to really vote for - whether to be part of the Union or not. In England there's nothing like that to vote for!! If voting changed anything in England it would be illegal.

@stu281 i'm not really political but i'd imagine socialism is where the government guarantees everybody the same standard of living.

@winopunk7720 I'm fully aware it was not a majority of the population who voted for brexit - in the UK it seems the minority seems rule!
