  1. Phil - when are you going to get it into your head the UK Government belongs to Charles as in 'HM Government'. All MP's and Lords swear an oath of allegiance to Charles not to you, me or any other person. It is the Monarch that sets the fundamental rules for Parliament and the way they vote is one such example. There will never be PR because the FPTP system has been enjoyed by Parliament for hundreds of years and it works too for everyone in Parliament and the Monarch. There will never be a voting system in place that has the potential to put an anti-Monarchy party in power - it's just insane to think there would be!!!!
