  3. The MP's don't get their salaries paid by the taxpayer. That's just a myth foolish people are hoodwinked into believing. The MP's get their salaries paid by His Majesty's Government. If I was a customer in a shop once I've handed money over to purchase a product that money can be used by the shop for what ever they like. However I can no longer use that money. It's not my money. Once taxes are paid to the Government, it becomes their money to use in whatever way they see fit.
