  1. you should know by now governments only deal with the effects and NOT the causes!! So for example the government won't blame bad parents or poor parenting, for a person's wrongdoing or behaviour they'll just blame the perpetrator!! The Southport stabber is a prime example where people and the government will blame the stabber but not the parents even though we all know bad parenting generates bad kids!!
