  4. I think it's a good idea to scrap the single person's discount, hopefully it'll encourage people to not live alone, reduce isolation and lonelines and most importantly it will encourage people to live in property according to their means.

  14.  @andyquelch5754  It's not illegal to cross the Channel to claim asylum in the UK. This is one reason why they are considered 'irregular' migrants and not 'illegal' migrants. There's nothing criminal about claiming asylum 👍

  16.  @andyquelch5754  well if you think people crossing the Channel don't come from Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, Iraq, etc you know, from all the countries Britain has meddled in over the years, that's up to you. Btw you do realise laws are in place and have been in place since the 70's to deal with illegal immigration and that includes deporting people. Your reluctance to accept that many of these people crossing the Channel are not asylum seekers is bizarre!!
