How can the Police police the impossible? They receive a complaint and they have to act on it. Obviously Police Scotland will have to filter out the genuine complaints opposed to the fake ones. Irrespective a Scottish citizen has a right to complain against any hate that they are exposed to, even if it comes from England!!
