  2. As the UK left the EU, NI should not still be part of the single market. But it is, so NI is still part of the single market hence the ECJ jurisdiction.

  3. ​ @bevroe5354  not at all, it should be done through the ECJ as that is the court that deals with issues relating to goods within the single market that NI is party to. The ECJ has jurisdiction. If you're a British citizen and you legally married in UK you wouldn't file for a divorce in Kenya!!! Independent judiciary?? What country is truly independent from Britain and the European Union these days? Botswana? Lol!!!

  4.  @bevroe5354  irrespective of any scrapping there's trade rules that countries have to adhere to and part of those are border checks!! According to world trade agreements, the UK is required to put in place border checks!
