  2. I'd be very surprised the deal will not go through because Charles has sanctioned it and every MP has sworn an oath of allegiance to the Monarch!! If MP's vote against it they are in essence breaking their oath and can face repercussions.

  5.  @roygreenwood79  an mp's oath includes the allegiance to a monarch's heirs and successors including charles until he is crowned king! but tbh with i'm sure everyone in parliament have already sworn an oath to charles! you're literally grasping at straws the NI Deal vote will pass through parliament because it has been endorsed by the king!

  7.  @bobbailey7024  there you go Bob - Rishi took the NI Protocol to the King to get the matter resolved, the Windsor framework was produced and given royal approval and it has had overwhelming backing by MPs! Now that's what I call the Monarch having the final say over Parliament!

  8. Steve Baker and Suella Braverman are supporting the deal because it's backed by Charles and every MP has sworn an oath of allegiance to the Monarch. Voting against the bill will look unfavourably on that person. Even David Davis is supporting the deal. If MP's or the DUP dislike the deal they can always resign!!!

I think British society is s**t but could be so much better for everyone. Here's a good example for you, Politicians bang on every election about better healthcare, better policing etc etc and yet the crime still exists and the ill health prevails. British society is a continual cycle of dealing with the effects and not the causes bringing continued suffering to the population!!! It's sheer insanity!! That's why I don't vote and never will all the while the causes are brushed under the carpet
