I'm extremely surprised the court system has allowed this claim to go to court because in my opinion no money was exchanged between the vaccine companies and the individuals who were given the drug so therefore no consumer contract between the partiews involved. In simpler terms the people who took the vaccine didn't buy the vaccine and so had no protection under consumer law!
