  102.  @BritishRosie-es3zr  The Nazi Party were like any other Government at the time, they all act in the same manner; bring in laws to restrict movement of people, monitor the news outlets etc. All Government's enemies are the very people they govern. The US with its Patriot Act is no different. Name me one Government that increases people's freedoms from the state? You conveniently forget the main point of my argument that Nazi Party won over the majority of the German people because alot of people became disenchanted that non-Germans owned much of the country's wealth. Britain today is different. The current British Government led by the Tories haven't won over many people at all and still own much of the country's wealth and media outlets to sway public opinion!! This is something the Monarch and British Government have always done - own much of the country's wealth and media outlets to sway public opinion. So you cannot make a comparison between Nazi Germany and the current British Tory led Government because 1930's Germany was more of a reversal of todays Britain; a liberation of one control to another. The socialist German people took back the wealth whereas in Britain currently it's all owned by the Crown. What makes you think freedoms in 1930's 'facist' Germany are experienced currently in this country? Hitler banned smoking in public spaces in the 1930's. Are people allowed to smoke in public spaces these days in UK? Of course they are!!! But you don't even own the pavements you walk on in the UK. You don't even own the house you buy; you only pay for the privilege of living there. It's all owned by the Crown. In my opinion living in the UK has always been like living in 1930's Germany or even China and Russia. The only difference is the degree of control exerted on the people by the state. Because of the press and TV you're misled into thinking you have certain freedoms in this country but they are the same freedoms elsewhere in China, Russia and America. If I started a group in the UK wanting to take down the Crown I'd soon have a visit from the Police because I'm not free to question the legitimacy of the Crown!!!!

  176. @bina nocht quote - so what do you not understand. Ronald mc donald Swears an oath to feed you burgers the burger flipper Swears to serve Ronald mc donald. Who's governing the grill? In your mind its Ronald mc donald? now you're being totally fcuking stupid! I can see your mental health issues coming through as you're comparing the Monarch to Ronald McDonald! quote - When the Queen died did you notice all the governance of the land suddenly stopped? I guess you fail to understand Charles is heir to the throne so business carries on! But I guess you also failed to see top people all wearing black for nearly a week and don't forget the bank holiday on the day of the Queen's funeral when much of the business of UK plc stopped!!! Here's the coronation oath the Queen took way back in 1953 Archbishop. Will you solemnly promise and swear to govern the Peoples of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Union of South Africa, Pakistan, and Ceylon, and of your Possessions and the other Territories to any of them belonging or pertaining, according to their respective laws and customs? Queen. I solemnly promise so to do. Notice the word GOVERN Oaths are an inherent part of society because they bind a person to their word. If that bond is broken they can be prosecuted! Oaths are verbal contracts. What bit do you not understand? MP's Lords swear oaths of allegiance to the Monarch not to you. Here's the current oath for a police officer I (name) ...of (police force)... do solemnly and sincerely declare and affirm that I will well and truly serve the King in the office of constable, with fairness, integrity, diligence and impartiality, upholding fundamental human rights and according equal respect to all people; and that I will, to the best of my power, cause the peace to be kept and preserved and prevent all offences against people and property; and that while I continue to hold the said office I will to the best of my skill and knowledge discharge all the duties thereof faithfully according to law. Here's the oath used in the army "I swear by almighty God that I will be faithful, and bear true allegiance to his Majesty King Charles III, his heirs and successors, and that I will as in duty bound, honestly and faithfully defend his Majesty, his heirs and successors in person, crown and dignity, against all enemies, and will observe and obey all orders of His Majesty, his heirs and successors and the generals and officers set over me." If the UK Monarch is useless as you so misguidedly think, why is it top people in society and those who represent the establishment in society swear an oath of allegiance to the Monarch and not to anybody else? The Monarch also has the POWER to exercise royal prerogative which asserts absolutism in parliament! What bit do you not understand about these FACTS of british life?
