  1. I was bullied & harrassed by my co-workers over a long period of time & eventually burned out at the age of 36. I ended up leaving my job as a team leader in a marketing company. When I left, I had 14 weeks of unused long service leave & annual leave. I couldn't get out of bed for a full year, eventually having a total 'meltdown' & ended up spending 19 days in a psychiatric ward in hospital. That was followed by a full year of treatment by multiple psychiatrists & psychologists at a community health centre. I had to find a job in order to support myself & registered with a disability employment service provider. It was a full year before I found a job. I was unemployed for a total of 5 years.
