  1. Indeed, it actually signifies NATO wants a rematch after preparing for it. This is not a peace proposal, it is cheat your way out for now, only to start WWIII later. Anyone wanting peace should hate this proposal with a passion and see it for what it is, delusional and mean spirited.

  2. Sorry, but this is delusional The war started because Ukraine wanted to join NATO AFTER A BLOODY COUP and then they started shelling Russian population that rejected this new direction. All the while amassing a huge NATO trained army at the Russian border (under the guise of an accord for self-government of the breakaway regions). Those breakaway regions won and settled for peace via an accord that never got implemented. All the while Ukraine was building up for war with the help of NATO. And now the breakaway regions are officially part of Russia, that land is not even negotiable anymore. And where are these magical North Koreans you talk about? If there were actual proof of them being in the fight and not just training in Russia, it would be plastered all over the news with video and all that, 24/7. Besides, these countries now have a defense treaty and Ukraine is still occupying Russian land, so it would be totally valid for them to do their part. Really, the proposal is ridiculous as Ukraine gets what it wants right away as if they won the war, while the winners are left empty handed. The whole reason for the conflict was about NATO involvement in Ukraine to begin with! With the internal war against Russians as a sizable secondary reason to step in for real. Russia has seen this before, the West makes promises and end up just buying time to get ready for conflict. No, even the slightest idea that this is a good deal of Russia is moronic.
