  3. Great job, myself I am not quite there yet. But lost quite a bit so far and soon will not be officially obese anymore. What I lost is already quite noticeable in everyday life! Never used to be heavy, but over the years had lots of stress and it really made it get out of hand (I tend to snack a lot under stress and sleep much less).

  4.  @Iam_Her9  First rule in healthcare, protect your own health 1st, at all times. Same is true for firemen, police, military, you name it. When helping someone out, do not do things that will cause yourself harm.
