  1. I call BS, a 17 year old hardened criminal, ignoring reasonable Police commands (and they do have the obligation to stop the car by any means, for safety). That the officer is being trialed is just throwing a low rank person under the buss for political reasons. Self defense has nothing to do with it and is irrelevant. Besides, you seen the heavy weapons they used, this is a WAR and nothing less. Out with them all, no execuses.
