  1. A key problem still remains! I am not trusting the companies and the leadership of them very much. They often neglect procedures and do anything to save a few dollars. This is why accidents do happen in otherwise technically safe installations! It is why procedures fail. It is the cause of every failure. Tech is not the issue, irresponsible people are. And if it goes wrong, it does so in a big way. Until we get self-contained small installations that require no maintenance or fuel transport...we keep having problems. Currently many installations are old and in a poor state and vulnerable to all sorts of attacks. Not so much airplanes crashing in, but terrorists taking control of the people that work there and hacking. So in theory its safe, in practice less so.
