Insane salaries for young, relative, inexperienced people. With 5+ times as much experience you might be lucky to get only a 4th of what this guy was making anywhere else. Its no wonder so much crap is made by these big companies and it gets worse every year, bit by bit. It really pisses me off to see people making lots of many, doing crap work.
